About Alliance Fund Managers
AFM is a leading regional fund management company which currently manages the Merseyside Loan and Equity Fund on behalf of MSIF and the Northwest Small Loans for Business Investment Fund on Merseyside on behalf of the Northwest Regional Development Agency.
The organisation also manages MSIF’s previous funds, known collectively as the Merseyside Special Investment Fund’s (MSIF) Group of Funds. These Funds ceased investing on 31st December 2008.
This group was made up of 9 different funds which provided seed, loan, mezzanine and equity finance. AFM’s role now is to manage the entire investment portfolio by providing support to investee companies to maximise their chance of success and fulfil MSIF’s main objective; to create a long term sustainable impact on the region’s economy. Successful investments have also enabled the creation of the Merseyside Loan and Equity Fund which will provide continued support to SMEs on Merseyside.
