Bill Furness (Chairman)
Bill has vast experience in industrial regeneration having worked with a range of enterprise organisations both in the UK and EU. Before MSIF, he worked for British Coal Enterprise Ltd, a fund set up to help former workers from the closed pits start up businesses.
In 1996 Bill helped form BCE Funding which successfully bid to manage MSIF’s first Small Firms Fund before all the MSIF funds were brought under the management of AFM in 2002.
