Howard Jones

Howard is 25 years post qualified FCMA who has spent the majority of his career as a finance director in a number of UK blue chip companies. His experience includes turnarounds, corporate restructuring, M&A activity and fund raising and in 1994 he was involved in the UK’s largest MBO.

He subsequently moved into the SME sector as FD of a specialist electronics manufacturer and most recently as MD of a service company in the pharmaceutical sector. He has worked alongside private equity providers in a series of VC-backed transactions.

Howard joined AFM in 2007.

A keen football LFC fan he is married with three children and lives near Chester.
